Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims we deem an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges due to size or color issues, only for defects in printing or craftsmanship of your item.
Before you return any item please email email@example.com and include your order number, the item you will be returning and the reason. If there is a printing problem or issue with the quality of the shirt please send a picture in your email. Please wait for a response before shipping the item so that we can deem if we can issue a refund.
All returns must be shipped to the address on the package you receive. You will not receive credit for any package shipped to any other address.
